Working within collegiate athletics, I noticed an opportunity to engage with fans in a new and meaningful way — podcasting.

With no prior knowledge or experience, I committed myself to seeing the idea come to life.

Recognizing that I needed to build a solid foundation, I enrolled in a podcasting class at OHIO. In the class, I learned how to use audio equipment, navigate editing software, and structure engaging episodes — all of which helped create a more dynamic and relatable experience for listeners.

In the fall of 2023, I kick-started #ItsOUrPodcast for Ohio Hockey.

Embedded within the series, I tapped into the unique experiences of our collegiate student-athletes, giving them a voice and platform to share their challenges, triumphs, and aspirations.

To date, the 25+ episode series has garnered 5K+ downloads across Spotify, Amazon Music, and iHeartRadio!
